Sanctions against Russia will take effect automatically, as soon as the invasion of Ukraine begins, and they will make it possible to fight against Russia’s commercial interests purposefully, stated Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, at meeting with President Zelensky. Johnson also noted that the package of sanctions proposed by the British government would also affect changes in the national legislation of the United Kingdom, and this will allow a targeted fight against the commercial interests of Russia and its citizens, organizations, and its commercial associations.
