As reported by the government, the funds will be directed to the following main areas: construction of public buildings, structures for civil protection, construction, reconstruction, an overhaul of critical infrastructure objects, and an overhaul of housing facilities for internally displaced persons and persons who have lost housing as a result of the war. As well, funds will be allocated for developing project documentation for objects destroyed by the war and purchasing school buses, special transport for health care institutions, and communal enterprises for the improvement of territories. Additional funds will be directed to purchasing housing and the corresponding real estate objects destroyed due to hostilities.
UAH 35.5B from the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression fund will be spent on restoring the country.
