Minister Dmytro Kuleba met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu

 Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, who paid a visit to Ukraine on Thursday, March 17. Kuleba briefed his Turkish counterpart on Ukraine’s defense against full-scale aggression by the Russian Federation, condemned numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Russian army in Ukraine, and stressed the inevitability of responsibility for them. The minister also thanked Cavusoglu for Turkey’s unwavering solidarity with Ukraine, practical political and humanitarian support, and readiness to consider becoming one of the guarantors of Ukraine’s security in the future. Çavuşoğlu, in turn, briefed Kuleba on his visit to Moscow on March 16. He stressed Ankara’s readiness to continue mediation efforts to end Russia’s war against Ukraine.
