TikTok's short video led to the bombing of a shopping mall in Kyiv.

The Security Service of Ukraine detained a blogger who published a video on the TikTok platform with the location of Ukrainian positions near one of the shopping centers in Kyiv. As a result, the Retroville shopping center was destroyed after Russian forces shot powerful missiles into the buildings. “The TikTok recently posted materials was about a few military machines stationed by a shopping mall in Kyiv. Later, the shopping center was hit by a powerful missile strike by the Russian occupiers that led to eight deaths,” the SBU press center reported on Facebook. Thus, the SBU urged citizens to only pass on information about the enemy and not publish information about the Ukrainian Armed Forces, or they risk the danger of enemy shelling.
