The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that he could not yet speak about the withdrawal of the Russian forces from the border with Ukraine. “The situation is under control; however, we do not see any changes. All we see is the accumulation of troops and small rotations. Therefore, I would not call it a withdrawal of troops,” said Zelensky during the TV marathon UATogether.
