Expert consultations between stakeholders are ongoing. However, no concrete agreements have been reached,” Nikolenko said. Earlier this week, Turkish officials said they had reached an agreement with the Russian Federation. However, Ukraine and the UN have never confirmed this information.
There are no concrete agreements on negotiations to unblock grain exports.
The US and Europe are developing routes for the export of Ukrainian grain.
