The war in Ukraine is a global problem, not exclusively a European problem said US President Joe Biden during a meeting in Tokyo. Stressing that Washington and its close domestic partners would insist on a free and open Indo-Pacific region, Biden said that “Russia’s attack on Ukraine only increases the importance of these fundamental principles of international order, territorial integrity, and sovereignty.”
