White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan told the press that the US will provide Ukraine with an additional aid package within the next two weeks. “We consistently assist in the field of security. You’ve seen the package we just announced. There will be another one in the next two weeks on roughly the same schedule and scale as we’ve been doing for the past few weeks and months. So, there is no weakening of our support or deviation from the frequency and intensity of that support. We are also consulting with Congress for additional resources as we look ahead to next year,” Sullivan said. The national security adviser also added that it is not relevant to ask the question of whether Ukrainian forces will continue operations during the winter or not.
