The US will allow its contractors to repair American military equipment in Ukraine and will send more than 500 air defense missiles.

Italy, Portugal, and New Zealand have announced new defense package support amounting to several billion dollars.

The $6.5B allocated by the Biden administration for Ukrainian military aid will pass to the Trump administration: What will he do with it?

The US will permit American defense contractors to work in Ukraine to service and repair weapons and equipment provided by the Pentagon. The US will also send Ukraine more than 500 interceptor missiles for the Patriot and NASAMS air defense systems, which should be enough for Ukraine to defend its territory through the end of the year.

Also, France will hand over Mistral anti-aircraft missile systems and about 10 long-range SCALP missiles.

Ukraine will also receive air defense missiles from Estonian Frankenburg Technology for testing by the end of the year. These missiles are primarily designed to counter drones and can hit targets at an altitude of up to two kilometers. If the tests are successful, the missiles will be produced in Ukraine.

The Council of the EU extended the EU military training mission mandate (EUMAM Ukraine) to train the Ukrainian military for another two years and allocated €409M to the mission’s budget.
