The US announces a $450M military aid package and $10M for the energy infrastructure.

The additional defensive support will include missiles for the HIMARS rocket launcher systems that have already provided by the US, howitzers, which Ukraine uses very effectively for its defense, and more Javelin ATGMs and air surveillance radars. According to the US State Department, the full list of weapons is as follows: additional ammunition for HIMARS MLRS, 155 mm artillery shells, 120 mm ammunition for mortars, four air surveillance radars, additional Javelin anti-tank missile complexes, about 2,000 anti-tank missiles, four Bradley infantry combat vehicles, two tactical recovery vehicles, Claymore anti-personnel mines, explosive munitions, night vision devices, secure communications equipment and more. In addition, Washington will allocate another $10M to keep Ukraine’s energy infrastructure up and running.
