Ukraine, together with the World Bank, the European Commission, the UN, and other partners has started joint work on the assessment of RDNA3. It will reflect the consequences of the Russian invasion from February 24, 2022, to December 31, 2023.
According to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov, RDNA’s preliminary assessment in Ukraine will allow for a structure to be established to begin the implementation of rapid recovery projects in priority areas and create a basis for further planning of Ukraine’s recovery in the medium-term.
The head of the World Bank office in Ukraine, Gevorg Sargsyan, said the plan for preparing the third annual RDNA report should be ready in February 2024. This document’s main focus will be assessing Ukraine’s destruction and its recovery needs in the year since the publication of the previous report in February 2023.
