On November 19, the Russians significantly reduced the intensity of their attacks. In all areas of the front, 46 military engagements with the 71st were recorded the previous day, reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The aggressor stopped their offensive in the Lyman and Zaporizhzhia directions. The number of attacks in other areas of the front decreased significantly.

At the same time, the ISW confirmed that Ukraine counterattacked in the Avdiivka direction at the front and achieved some progress. In addition, the ZSU maintains the initiative in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. The Russians also conducted offensive operations in the Avdiivka area but did not achieve any success. Instead, for the first time the Russians conducted a massive attack on the ZSU with RBK-500 guided cluster bombs.

At the same time, Ukraine is convinced that it has a drone advantage over Russia. After all, access to Western technologies allows the number of drone attacks to increase, said Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat. He is also sure that the coming F-16 fighter jets will significantly change the course of the war by helping to provide cover for Ukrainian ground forces from the air and by driving away the Russian Air Force.
