The majority of cement producers in Ukraine are having to adjust their business model due to the doubling in the price of coal. “The price rises of coal creates significant pressure on the pricing policy. It is impossible to produce cheap goods out of expensive components,” said the Chairman of the Ukrcement Association, Pavlo Kachur, in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
