It is difficult for Zelensky and Putin to build a dialogue with each other. The Russian leader has been speaking with the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, and the French President, Emmanuel Macron about Ukraine. They in turn, have started the dialogue about Russia with the Ukrainian leader.
