The productivity of IT companies during the war is almost 90%.

The Ministry of Education is launching an educational project to teach IT specialties.

The productivity of the Ukrainian IT sector during martial law is 90% of previous levels, which will bring more than UAH 20B in taxes to the state budget for 2022, stated GlobalLogic, an IT company. Currently, Ukrainian IT companies are talking about significant support from international customers and the restoration of productivity to the level of 80-90% of pre-war output, which gives hope for the preservation of last year’s figures despite the full-scale war in Ukraine. The main reason for the industry’s stability is the mobility of IT professionals and independence from production facilities, which in other industries are temporarily unavailable or significantly affected by hostilities.
