Looking ahead to summer travel to the EU, Andriy Yarmak, the agency head, cautioned: “With regards to the restoration of traffic to Europe, it is quite difficult to make accurate forecasts for the liberalization of border crossing rules, given the introduction of strict restrictive measures in connection with the third wave of coronavirus.”
