The new engines account for half of a €170 million upgrade of the state company’s fleet

. Work is to be done at the Ukrainian Danube’s Kiliya shipyard, about 50 km down river from the company headquarters in Izmail, Odessa. The company is talking to the EBRD and the Belgian government about ‘green loan’ financing.
