The National Securities Commission has allowed the initial placement of securities.

 The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has authorized the initial public offering of securities, including securities of collective investment institutions. However, there are currently restrictions in place regarding the process. In addition, the NSSMC has granted mutual investment institutions the right to enter into new depository agreements.
