The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has authorized the initial public offering of securities, including securities of collective investment institutions. However, there are currently restrictions in place regarding the process. In addition, the NSSMC has granted mutual investment institutions the right to enter into new depository agreements. On February 25, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission suspended all securities’ placement, circulation, and redemption due to war.
