The State Property Fund of Ukraine published a list of the most expensive lots sold in the first half of 2024. The leader was the Kyiv Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise, for which 14 participants competed. The starting price of this lot increased by 430% and amounted to ₴165M.
The second place in terms of the sale price was the warehouse facilities belonging to the TVK enterprise near the Seventh-Kilometer market in Odesa, which was purchased for ₴106M. The nationalized Pentopak plant took third place with a value of ₴103M. The top ten most expensive objects brought a total of ₴806M to the budget. Another seven lots were sold at prices from ₴45M to ₴85M.
The record holder for price increase was a complex of buildings in Chudniv, Zhytomyr Oblast. The object’s initial value was only ₴155, but eight auction participants increased its price to ₴1.81M.
Among the auctions where the price increased the most, the leaders in terms of competition were a non-residential building in Rivne (35 participants) and a boiler house in Dnipro (24 participants).
