The manufacturer of construction goods continues to invest in factory modernization and production expansion in Ukraine.

Large hypermarket of goods for construction and repair.

In 2023, construction picked up significantly in Ukraine, and some of its segments have reached pre-war levels, said Vasyl Dudnyk, general director of the Henkel Bautechnik (Ukraine) company.

“Unfortunately, the number of new projects has decreased. This will undoubtedly affect the volume of the market. But we still believe that after the end of the war, the country will face a powerful renewal and reconstruction,” he said.

Despite the war, the company continues investing in its Ukrainian factories: it is working to expand and modernize production, equip its technological lines with industrial generators, and to obtain alternative energy sources for its IT infrastructure.

Immediately after the liberation of the Kharkiv region, Henkel Bautechnik began to restore the company’s facilities that were damaged or destroyed by the Russian invaders. The company is one of the largest Ukrainian suppliers and manufacturers of building materials.
