German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stressed to his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a phone call Wednesday that Berlin would continue to support Kyiv not only militarily but also politically, financially, and with humanitarian aid, according to a German transcript of the call.
