Annalena Baerbock, the German Minister of Foreign Affairs and chair of the Group of Seven this year, announced coordinated action from the economic forum to assist Ukraine during the winter, reported Spiegel. “The joint sanctions that we introduced will now be followed by joint winter aid from the G7 partners,” Baerbock said before the meeting of the heads of foreign affairs departments of the G7 group. According to Baerbock, many other countries have already announced their intention to provide aid.
