Headquartered in Rotterdam, Louis Dreyfus plans to start its own rail logistics business in Ukraine. With Brooklyn-Kyiv LLC, the company is building a $100 million grain transshipment complex at Odesa Port with an annual capacity of 4.5 million tons.
