The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will become the owner of 35% of the shares of the Lviv M10 industrial park and invest $24.5 million in this project. The bank noted that M10 is located 60 km from the Ukrainian-Polish border, so it will provide new industrial and logistics warehouses necessary to ensure sustainable humanitarian and economic activity in Ukraine both during the war and during the period of post-war reconstruction. The total cost of the project is $70M. Construction of the first warehouse complex with an area of 14,400 square meters is expected to be complete in the second half of 2023.
