In the second reading, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted a bill, (№5436-d), which defines the basic functioning of energy storage systems (SNE) in Ukraine. This law aims to ensure the use of energy storage systems, balance the energy system’s operation, and increase the stability of the consumer electrical supply.
