The Chairman of the Accounting Chamber initiates the zeroing of Ukraine’s foreign debt.

The Chairman of the Accounting Chamber, Valery Patskan, has called on Ukraine’s creditors to zero Ukraine’s foreign debt. “The scale of the destruction in Ukraine caused by Russia’s aggression is enormous! In view of this, our external creditors must be required to write off Ukraine’s debts. Today, the external debt is UAH 1.6 trillion or more than $57B,” he said. According to the Chairman of the Accounting Chamber, the International Financial Institutions should review their debt policy and zero Ukraine’s debts.
