The funds which equate to $81.4 mln placed in accounts of the bankrupt Brokbusinessbank in 2014, and were not returned to the company after the bank’s liquidation. The Agrarian Fund was founded in 2003 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and positions itself on the market as a guarantor of the food security of Ukraine. It is currently managed by the Ministry of Economy.
