The President’s Economic Adviser, Oleg Ustenko, said: “We expect this $700 million in the near future, a preliminary agreement has already been signed with the International Monetary Fund. These funds are already pledged to cover the state budget. Therefore, there is no special choice. They will go to the state budget”, said Ustenko speaking on channel DOM.
