Starting today, Ukraine mandates airport PCR testing for all arriving unvaccinated Ukrainians and foreigners

. Ukrainians who traveled abroad before Wednesday are exempt. People arriving from India and Russia have to self-isolate for two weeks. On arrival, by land or air, all unvaccinated Ukrainians and foreigners must download into their smartphone the bilingual English-Ukrainian Vdoma tracking app. People who refuse will not be admitted to Ukraine. In the event of a negative test result, tracking is deactivated.
