The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) is putting the Odesa Champagne Factory up for sale at a starting price of UAH 87.4 M ($3.22 M). The wine factory with cellars was built to hold 2 M bottles of wine, a production building, and auxiliary facilities. One of the conditions for privatization is preserving grape wine production activities. The auction for the privatization of the plant is scheduled for February 1, 2022, with the starting price of UAH 87.4 M, announced the SPFU.
