As a result of Russian missile attacks on the energy infrastructure in southern Ukraine, interruptions in the port of Odesa’s power supply and to certain sections of the railway network were recorded. Thus, as of March 25 the number of wagons with grain heading to the ports of Odesa decreased from 7,288 to 7,063 units. In March, the indicator of daily unloading of grain wagons in the ports ranged from 1,000 to 1,540 wagons.
At the same time, as reported by the British Ministry of Defense, recent strikes on Russian refineries have probably disabled at least 10% of the Russian Federation’s facilities.
In return, SBU head Vasyl Malyuk noted that 12% of the facilities were disabled.
“Russia uses oil money to replenish its budget, and a third of it goes to military needs,” he said.
He added it is necessary to minimize this revenue as much as possible.
