Russia’s non-compliance with the UN International Court of Justice will have consequences.

If Russia does not comply with the decision of the UN International Court of Justice to immediately stop the invasion of Ukraine, it will affect its final decision in this case, in particular in the context of determining the amount of compensation due to Ukraine, said Minister for Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba. The minister stressed that the court’s decision at the highest legal level recorded Russia’s illegal military actions on the territory of Ukraine. Additionally, the text of the decision also states that the court did not find any evidence in favor of Russia’s allegations that Ukraine committed a crime of genocide on its territory.
