The Russian military has effectively initiated a second offensive in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions despite ceasefire negotiations and agreements, stated the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky.
Furthermore, on the evening of April 8 the aggressor conducted a drone strike on two districts in Kharkiv, where at least 15 explosions were reported. Two civilians were injured as a result of the attack.
The city of Dnipro also faced a massive drone assault, resulting in 15 injuries.
On the same day, the enemy shelled Nikopol twice with artillery before deploying kamikaze drones, leaving two people wounded.
Additionally, on the night of April 9, Russian occupiers attacked Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, injuring a family with a child in a drone strike on an apartment building. Throughout the day, the Russian army executed multiple strikes in the Donetsk region, resulting in two fatalities.
