Russia is preparing a new offensive in the Kharkiv region and from the north, while Lukashenko is withdrawing his troops from the borders and calling for negotiations.

The ISW says that the enemy’s command structure is regrouping troops in the Hlyboke area in the Kharkiv region to resume its offensive operations. In the Vovchansk region, the Russian army is preparing for further offensive actions by amphibious assault groups. According to Russian military analysts, the northern group of Russian troops, responsible for the offensive in the Kharkiv direction, has only 30,000-70,000 soldiers, which is insufficient for a full-fledged breakthrough of the Ukrainian defenses to a depth of 40 km.

Meanwhile, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, warns that Russia will soon attack Ukraine again from the north but does not specify exactly which area this assault with originate from.

At the same time, the President of Belarus ordered the withdrawal of troops from the border with Ukraine to their permanent deployment locations. He gave his assurance that Belarus has no “complications” with Ukrainians, announced plans to discuss further steps with Putin, and called on Kyiv to “quickly agree” to peace terms.
