Russia has “partially unblocked” Ukraine’s Azov sea ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk, reports Ukraine’s Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan. As of Tuesday morning, 17 Ukraine-bound ships were waiting to enter the Russia-controlled Kerch Strait, he said. Fresh from a visit to the ports, Omelyan said Russian inspections, continue “as before, but the movement has been partially restored.”
