Russia fires 100 missiles across Ukraine

On Tuesday, Russia again launched a massive attack on Ukraine’s energy system, leaving more than seven million Ukrainians without electricity. Russia tried again to turn off the lights in Ukraine by firing almost 100 missiles, targeting big cities, but Ukrainian air defenses were able to shoot down 70 of them. During the latest large-scale missile attack on November 15, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged in all regions of the country, Ukrenergo reported. The most challenging situations are in the northern and central regions. Due to the attacks in these regions, emergency disconnections for all categories of consumers were implemented. Also, special emergency electrical schedules have been introduced in Kyiv. Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko said that rockets hit two residential buildings in the capital and left at least half of the city without electricity.
