Regulation of e-commerce reform envisages identifying online sellers.

The Ministry of Economy has prepared a bill on the identification of Internet sellers. Entrepreneurs making e-sales will be required to post information about themselves as a business entity and a list of product information. Liability is to be established for failure to provide complete information to about one’s identification. The State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection will obtain the right to apply to the Internet service provider to restrict access to the website for businesses that use unfair business practices, violate consumer protection legislation, and which cannot be identified.
