It should be noted that 1,800 lease auctions and 893 land expropriation auctions have been announced. The total area of land offered for lease reached over 13,000 hectares. The cost of such lots is UAH 66 M ($2.4 M). The five regions with the highest starting value of lots included Odesa; Khmelnytsky; Kirovohrad; Kyiv; and Lviv oblasts. The most expensive cost of an annual land lease is in the Odesa region, reaching over UAH 11,000 ($ 400) per hectare. The total area of land sold through Prozorro.Sales is over 1300 hectares. These lots are estimated at UAH 776 M ($ 28 M). According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the price increase at the auction has already reached about 200%.
Prozorro Sales have already announced 2,693 land auctions.
