President Zelenskiy has signed a decree designed to stimulate the exploration,

mining and processing of 37 minerals deemed strategic for the world economy in the 2020s. Within two months, the Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare a list of strategic mining lots that should be put up for electronic auction.
