Vsevolod Chentsov will be the new representative to the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community. Since June 2017, he has been the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands and the Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in combination.
