PACE near unanimously recognizes the Russian regime as a terrorist organization.

 The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, based on the results of urgent debates on the topic: New escalation of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, adopted a resolution declaring the government of the Russian Federation as terrorist. Of the 100 PACE votes cast by deputies, 99 supported the resolution. In particular, an amendment to the draft resolution was adopted by voice, which states: Declare the current regime of the Russian Federation terrorist. The assembly also voted to speed the creation of a special international tribunal to prosecute the crimes of aggression against Ukraine and create a comprehensive international compensation mechanism, including an international registry of damages.
