Over 800 companies had to move to other regions of the country because of the war.

The World Bank will provide almost $600M in financing for Ukrainian businesses, and USAID provides $6M to four companies to increase exports.

Since the beginning of the war, 840 enterprises have moved to safer regions in Ukraine under the relocation program, of which 667 are already working in their new location.

The largest part of these businesses chose the Zakarpattia and Lviv regions for their new locations, with 120 and 199 companies, respectively. Also, 78 businesses moved to the Chernivtsi region and 70 to the Ivano-Frankivsk region, rounding out the top four spots in the list of the most popular safe regions among entrepreneurs.

The Odesa region had only three businesses relocate to it, the Zhytomyr Region had six, and Kirovohrad, 17, were the least popular.

If an application is approved, the state relocation program can assist businesses with new location selection, transportation to a new location, restoring logistics, purchasing raw materials, and finding sales markets.
