Over the past week, Oschadbank has been lending more than UAH 200M to one hundred agricultural enterprises every day. “Today, the portfolio of farming loans has exceeded UAH 2.4B ($80M). Every fifth borrower in the agrarian sector of Ukraine received a loan from Oschadbank,” reported the bank’s press service. In April, Oschadbank significantly changed its loan terms. The time for making credit decisions has been reduced from 8 to 3-4 days (funds are allocated in 1-2 days), the conditions for collateral have been liberalized, and the requirement for a minimum land bank cultivation size has been abolished. In addition, the bank updated its credit policy to be in line with wartime realities and regulatory changes introduced by the NBU.
