According to the owner of Nibulon, Andrii Vadaturskyi, the company suffered more than $400M in losses and will file a lawsuit against the Russian Federation. Currently, only 32% of Nibulon’s pre-war capacity is functioning.

Previously, the company focused on constructing terminals, its fleet, and the development of transportation on the Dnipro. This logistic model is currently not working.

However, the agricultural holding invested about $30M in Ukraine’s economy in 2023. According to Vadaturskyi, these investments are to develop the Bessarabska branch in the port of Izmail. He explained that the company decided to invest in Izmail after the Mykolaiv port was blocked.

Also, as a result of a shareholders’ decision, the agricultural holding Kernel will not pay dividends for the 2023 fiscal year, even though the company generated a net profit of $299M.
