Vinnytsia City Council a program for the construction of solar power plants for their own consumption by healthcare institutions, and utilities of Vinnytsia city territorial community for 2022-2026. The goal of the program is to reduce the consumption of energy resources from traditional sources and reduce CO2 emissions.
