New ministers in the Ukrainian Government have been elected in the Verkhovna Rada.

The Rada supported Yulia Svyridenko’s candidacy for the post of First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy. It also appointed Pavel Ryabikin, the current Head of Customs, to the post of Minister for Strategic Industries, and the former Deputy Prime Minister, Oleksiy Reznikov, was appointed as the Minister of Defense.
