New military aid packages to Ukraine: Allies transfer thousands of drones, tanks, and air defense systems.

The US is providing a $275M military aid package, Denmark is preparing additional F-16s, and the German parliament is reviewing its Taurus authorization.

The Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands reports that the country will purchase modern €42.6M worth of reconnaissance and surveillance UAVs from the DeltaQuad company and transfer them to Ukraine.

As well, Denmark has allocated DKK 2.4B ($350M) for Ukraine’s 21st package of military aid. It includes new equipmentfor Ukraine, additional funds for Ukraine’s military-industrial complex, and equipment donations from the country’s defense stock.

Also, Canada will give Ukraine aid worth CAD 64.8M ($47M) that includes small arms, ammunition, and protective equipment.

Germany also updated the list of weapons it is providing to Ukraine, transferring AIM-9L Sidewinder missiles for F-16s, thousands of surveillance and attack drones, eight Leopard 1 A5 tanks, 20 Marder IFVs, an IRIS-T SLM and an IRIS-T SLS anti-aircraft missile system, six Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled guns, tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition, and demining equipment.

Moreover, Japan has promised additional supplies of vehicles from the Japanese Self-Defense Forces to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
