The “Innovation Campus” has been officially opened at the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, reports TechUkraine. A modern educational cluster combines a high-level classical university education and professional skills acquisition (technical, economic, managerial, and communicational) with work on real practical tasks. A fundamentally new approach for training IT specialists, which includes the transition from a declarative to a project-based learning scheme, it has received support from the Ukraine Ministry of Education and Science. The project was built with government financing and financial help by Vasyl Khmelnytsky, UFuture’s founder and Kharkiv-based NIX Solutions IT company.
