The largest Ukrainian chicken producer, MHP Agro & Industrial Holding, has increased production in the fourth quarter, according to the company’s financial results. It is reported that 202.6 thousand tons of chicken were produced in the period, 7% more than in 2020. In 2021, MHP produced 754.3 thousand tons of chicken against 731.2 thousand tons in 2020. MHP remains one of the largest exporters of chicken in Ukraine, and Ukraine is one of the world’s leading suppliers. In 2021, Ukraine ranked sixth in the overall ranking of chicken exporting countries.
